In total, the house has 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 2 seperate  toilets,  kitchen, dining and living room, big backyard.

Hoping you are  tidy, reliable , a non-smoker. 

A boy or a girl are greatly and equally welcome. 

Your housemate is an Aussir work man and a Chinese  uni boy ,they are pretty quiet, nice ,clean,simple and easy going.

(The house hasn’t been renovated yet. but we insolated  walls between rooms. )
