Hi I am renting out my spare room in 2 bed apartment in Nundah. Very central location, close to city-15 min by train, 5 min walk to shops and transport, Nundah Village and Toombul Shopping Centre. You will be sharing the apartment with me only ( a girl)   and the room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Rent is $165 plus bills. Would prefer Japanese or Asian girl only.
