I have one bedroom for rent in large 3 level townhouse in Bowen Hills on Cintra Rd (Zone 1). The room has king single bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, hanger, air con, fan etc and you would share the bathroom with shower, bath tub with spa, and toilet with one female (Thai).

House has washing machine, dishwasher etc. The entire house has a nice airy feel, living room opens on to a large deck with jacuzzi. It's situated in a quiet area and is very quiet in the evening - perfect for study and sleep!

House is 5 minutes walk from train station and bus stop and supermarkets and parks.

$150 per week, including internet and utility bills (power, water). 2 weeks deposit/bond and 2 weeks rent in advance when moving in and 2 weeks notice when leaving. Minimum stay of 3 months preferred.

I am a mature professional working full time and have my own room and bathroom. Thai woman stays in other bedroom.
