We have a private single bedroom available in a queit residential area.

- located close to Mango Hill station and Westfield North Lakes shopping, approx 20 mins by walking 

Things you should agree;

- 2 wks of deposit need to be paid on the day when you moved in; will be return to you unless you break/lost/damage any belongings or harm to the property

- 2 wks of notice prior to your moving out; This period should meet upon our agreement, your deposit may be subtracted the date is unmet.

- fees are $250 p/w, included the usage of water, electricity, internet(unlimited)

-shared living room, kitchen;cooking utensils, rice included, bathroom;toilet paper provided, washing room;detergent provided

-should keep your own room and shared shower and toilet clean on regular basis 

-street parking available

***respect other household, having a good manner and etiquette ; bring in friends, party, smoking acts are not allowed

***If any consequences of these agreement is unmet, we may ask you to empty your room with a minimum of a week notice.
