You can use the room either for yourown or use it for 2(sharing bed)

There will be 2-3 others sharing this house.

It's close to the Westfiled North Lakes and Mango Hill Station, both within walking distance (approx 10-20mins) 

- A 2-week bond, 2-week notice, 2-week up front first week pay

- $250 per week, including water electricity and unlimited internet

- Fully furnished

About you

- Respect other housemates, maintain good manners and etiquette

- Bringing in friends without notice, partying, and smoking are not allowed

- East-Asian Female preferred (only as I feel more comfortable sharing the house with another female)

- Must be working (just to know your ability to pay rent)
