The rent is 155 aud peer week bills included. Two weeks bond. No minimal stay but two weeks noticed is required.

The apartment is located in 8 cordelia street, south Brisbane which means that it is really close to the city and South bank beach.

10 min to the city by walking
5 min to cultural centre ( train station) by walking
5 min to Tafe, South bank beach.
5 min to Coles by walking.

In the complex we have bbq area and swimming pool.
The apartment has 2 rooms and 2 bathroom and a big balcony.

There is only 4 people living in the apartment including you.  All of us are international student who work and study and love to share and learn from other cultures, especially food ;). If you are interested to join us or you want do an inspection please tex me
