RENT: $260/week includes Wi-Fi, electricity, gas and water, a single furnished air-conditioned bedroom with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, double bed, computer desk and chair, private bathroom and toilet (both are brand new and were only very recently renovated). You are welcome to use your own bed, but the bed that is already in the room would have to be dismantled and stored underneath your bed.

GREAT LOCATION: Located in Mt Gravatt East, it is only a short drive to Carindale Westfield and Garden City Westfield. There is a fresh-produce store next-door and a 7/11 petrol station across the road. Only a short walk to ALDI, Mt Gravatt TAFE, Bunnings Warehouse and Mt Gravatt Plaza (Coles, Woolworths, etc.).

CONVENIENT PUBLIC TRANSPORT: There are bus stops right in front of the complex offering easy access to many convenient locations: 180 (and I think 179, 181 and 185) to Brisbane City and Garden City Westfield Shopping Centre. 177 to Griffith University Mt Gravatt Campus and Carindale Shopping Centre. Also 174, 598 & 590. Also, I travel to UQ daily by driving to Greenslopes Busway Station (10 minutes) and then catching the 139 or 169 to UQ (10 minutes). I believe there are also buses available from Garden City Westfield Shopping Centre.

ABOUT US: We are a couple in our mid to late 30s (Australian male and Korean female). 

In a nutshell, one of us is an English language teacher and the other is a PhD student and university tutor.

OUR HOME: We live in a clean, quiet and comfortable townhouse with a front loader Samsung washing machine, two fridge/freezers, and a private, shaded courtyard area with an outdoor furniture setting. In the complex there are BBQ facilities, a swimming pool, tennis court, excellent management and groundskeeping. There are also short-term carparks for guests, and plenty of street parking for tenants.
