We have a fully furnished bedroom available soon for a friendly and reliable flatmate to share house with our little community of a Chinese female Ph. D. I.T. student, a female Master's student , and a male Australian private English tutor. We are a trustworthy group looking for someone is the also considerate of others. You would share the main bathroom with the other lady. Both males have their own toilets and washbasins and one, his own bathroom so the ladies will have the main bathroom mostly to themselves.

The rent is $150 per week with a bond of only $30. Your rent includes all the utilities (electricity, gas, water, landline phone rental), and unlimited NBN internet access. 

Our home is in Annerley about 5 minutes walk to Fairfield train station or Ipswich Rd buses (stop 22-3). It is quiet and good for study with 2 small parks very close-by.  Our home is about 15 minutes by train, or 20-30 minutes by bus, to the City/QUT/UQ. It is 5 minutes to the train station and Bus #100,116, 117, 121, 124,125, 196 and 197. Shops and supermarkets such as Coles and Woolworths, and 2 public libraries with free internet access are only 5 minutes away too.
