A Large Own Room is available for rent in 5 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house in Macgregor.
Only 3 minutes walk from Garden City Shopping Cernte/ Upper Mt Gravatt bus station.
The room has ensuite bathroom and is fully furnished with queen size bed, large table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are available for use. You’ll be sharing the common area with three Australian guys and one Japanese girl.
Plenty of parking is available on the street.
Electricity and unlimited wifi internet use are included in the rent.
We only have one house rule. Keeping the house clean, by cleaning up after yourself.
•Weekly Rent: $240 per week for a couple. $200 per week for single
•Bond: 2 weeks rent
•Minimum lease: 4 weeks
•2 week notice

If you are not willing to clean up after yourself and take your turn cleaning the house, then this is not the house for you.
