I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located in Woolloongabba with me!

I work weekdays, so I plan to clean the common areas on weekends (but if you'd like, you're welcome to clean as well ^_^). For the most part, you’ll just need to clean your own room and any items you've used. If there’s anything else you’d like to adjust, feel free to coordinate with me!

There’s a bus stop to the city right in front of the apartment complex. Buses come frequently, making it convenient to get to the city.

Across from the apartment, just a 1-minute walk, you’ll find Woolworths, BWS, pharmacy, cafes, etc. Coles is about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has a rooftop pool and BBQ area, plus a reception for easy package pickup!

I’ll provide basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rice, and personal keys. There are also appliances like a rice cooker and TV, which you can check during the inspection.

If you have a car, there’s an additional $10 per week for parking, and you can use the designated parking space.

Rent is $350 per week, including bills (electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet, and air conditioning).

Move-in is available from the afternoon of November 21st. The terms are 2 weeks' pay, 2 weeks' notice, and a 2-week deposit. The minimum stay is 1 month.

This is the same apartment I had lived in before I rented 3months ago. It's close to Southbank and the city, and I find it very comfortable. I'm very happy living here. I hope to find someone who will be considerate and enjoy living here long-term!
