Prefer minimum 2 month stay.


Rent is $/130wk per person including all bills

Alone is $/220wk (unlimited fast internet, electricity, water, gas)


Bond is 2weeks (you will get all of this back when you leave as long as you give me minimum 2 weeks notice)
