In total, the house has 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, 2 seperate  toilets,  kitchen, dining and living room, big backyard.

A male or a  female are  greatly and equally welcome. 

Your housemate is an Aussie work young man and an Engllish retired half-time work man,  they are pretty quiet,clean,simple and easy going.
