JOB OPPORTUNITY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND DATA 

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant and Data Entry specialist to join our team in Archerfield. 

Work Schedule: Days: Monday - Wednesday (With potential for additional days as you progress) 

Working hours: 8am - 4pm 

Key Skills Required: 

- Xero Expertise: Proficiency in Xero software is essential, including experience in quoting, invoicing, payroll, and financial management.

- Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision. 

- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and maintain positive relationships. 

- Dependability and consistency are crucial, as you will play a key role in our daily operations and overall success. 

- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions that enhance efficiency. 

- Organizational Mastery: Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain meticulous records with strong attention to detail. 

- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" attitude, bringing enthusiasm, energy, and a proactive mindset to the workplace. 

- Numeracy and Literacy Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English and Chinese due to international trade. 

- People Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
