The location is Rochedale South. This is a private room but like a ensuite room with separate mini kitchen and toilet. Everything is seperated, only share washing machine. Rent Includes water, electricity, air conditioning and  internet.

Parking available on street or Garage.
Unfortunately, this place is not a good place to take transport. Bus comes every 30 minutes and last bus is before 5pm. Better to have your own vehicle. Highway is only 5-10 minutes far.

$260 per week for one person
$380 per week for two people

2 weeks bonus required
2 weeks rent prepaid required.
Available to move in now
Minimum 2 month stay please!
Preferred non smoker please!
