I have a room available in my apartment in the heart of Newstead.
It is 2room 2bathroom apartment. My partner and I (we are both Koreans) use the master bedroom and we are trying to rent the other room out.
Room is very clean and spacious  comes with its own bathroom in the room and you will be the only person using the bathroom.
It will be my partner, myself and one more person in the apartment in total.

Location - Wyandra st Newstead
Close to Fortitude Valley/Teneriffe
2minutes walk to Gasworks shopping centre.
Great public transport

Rent will be $350pw all bills inclusive.
2weeks rent deposit required
2 weeks notice before vacation
Minimum stay 3months
