This beautiful apartment, great place for someone that is going through University or if you need to practice your English, quiet and fast NBN internet, big balcony, 4 mins walking distance to train station, major stores and restaurants in the area (Gasworks and Emporium plaza), tennis court and swimming pools, clean and quiet. 

The room is fully furnished in our cozy home in Cloudland apartments. Its going for 230 per week, such a bargain because all services are already included to this price. 

We’re tidy and pretty relaxed (American/Estonians)- Not a party house, sorry. The place is nice and neat.
The room has wardrobe, a big bed and night stand; shared bathroom but the shower and toilet are separate so no waiting time in the morning.

Great for student because it has its own desk.
